The beds were extremely comfy. Wi-Fi and coffee were provided in the room. Breakfasts were enjoyable and marvellous, with fresh custom omelettes. The location was wonderful, adjacent to restaurants and a grocery store within 5 minutes.

I did not receive a receipt for my overnight stay. However, I need that to file my expenses for the business trip. The lady at the hotel told me I would get it from you. You are saying I get it from the hotel. This receipt issue will deter me from using your services again if I have to spend three days hunting down receipts.

The Hilton Garden Inn Rockville - Gaithersburg is a fabulous, hip new hotel. the rooms are neat, and breakfast is available. the whirlpool and safe added a nice touch to our stay. the breakfast was enjoyable and warm, with fresh custom omelettes. the hotel is located in a really quiet area, near the east coast. Within 5 minutes, you can find restaurants, a grocery store, and shopping options.

Attractive -clean and comfortable rooms

The hotel shuttle to and from the Metro was extremely unreliable most of the time and left us to wait outside on a dark and very cold evening at the station for 50 minutes. It took three phone calls to the desk before it arrived. Plan on additional Taxi fares if you stay here.

The room I stayed in was spacious and nicely furnished, had breakfast options, a microwave, and a fridge. the hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of Johns Hopkins University.

Good bed. Free wifi and parking.

Initial room next to noisy icemachine. Took a while to change to quieter room.

The tv was really nice and the bed was big and comfortable. The space was smaller than expected, but still nice.

I wish the bathroom had a bathtub in it rather than just a shower.
